Policies

Lost/Stolen Packages: 

Once a package is out of my hands, I know just as little information as the buyer as far as locating the package. Before reaching out to me about missing packages and/or a tracking number that has not been updated, please attempt to fill out a missing mail report on the USPS website. If you need assistance with this, do not hesitate to reach out. If USPS has not located your package after a week of filing a missing package report, please contact me to replace your item.

I import my addresses directly from your order. If your address was imputed incorrectly, I am not responsible to refund or replace your item. If a package is returned to me, I will require the customer to pay for additional shipping costs. If I am the one to input the addresses incorrectly, I will be responsible for covering shipping costs.

Jewelry Breakage & Warranty:

Please keep in mind that all pieces are handmade, there will be occasional mistakes on my end, but please handle your handmade purchases with care. Make your best effort to keep them out of water for a longer-lasting piece, and store them in a dry, safe environment.

If your item does break, I offer a 3-month warranty starting the day you receive your item. I will be sure to provide a shipped label in order to send your product back to me for repairs. If an item is unable to be repaired, I will replace the item completely.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be distributed for specific circumstances. In the event that I have made a mistake on an order, I will offer the customer a refund, otherwise, refunds will not be permitted. 

Shipping:
Shop update orders are typically shipped in 3-5 business days from the day that you place your order. Preorder and custom orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to ship. Ideally, preorders & customs can ship as soon as a week, but turnover time will vary based on the jewelry supplier I am ordering from. To stay in the loop about shipping updates and other announcements, please be sure to follow my social media platforms.

Custom Orders:
Custom orders can take 2-3 weeks to ship. All supplies are ordered specific to each customer, because of this, I do not offer refunds or returns on custom orders.
